We're partnering with a leading insurer on a large-scale Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation and looking for experienced Business Analysts to join the project team.
You'll play a key role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, properly configured, and successfully integrated into the Guidewire platform.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to PolicyCenter modules.
Collaborate with business users, developers, and architects to translate functional needs into technical specifications.
Work closely with configuration and integration teams to validate solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.
Communicate effectively in both English and French with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Required Experience & Skills
Strong experience as a Business Analyst within Guidewire PolicyCenter projects.
Expertise in either Configuration or Integration workstreams.
Excellent understanding of insurance domain processes (policy, billing, claims, etc.).
Ability to write clear user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria.
Previous experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Fluent in French and English
Nice to Have
Experience with other Guidewire modules (BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).
Knowledge of integration technologies (SOAP, REST, API).
Prior consulting or client-facing experience on multinational projects.
