About This Role
We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to support the Risk Management and Internal Control teams.
* Identify requirements from various teams, ensuring alignment and compliance with specifications.
* Coordinate with external vendors for seamless integration and customization of new platforms.
* Migrate data from existing internal tools to the new platform, ensuring a smooth transition.
* Assist in the phase-out of current tools, including user role assignment, data extraction, and reporting.
* Develop technical and functional specifications, promoting collaboration among involved teams.
* Monitor implementation of platform specifications, guaranteeing compliance with defined requirements.
* Conduct thorough functionality testing of the platform.
* Organize training sessions for users, fostering adoption and efficiency.
* Engage stakeholders and integrate them into the tool, ensuring effective change management.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management, or related fields.
* Proven experience in project management, preferably in risk management, internal control, and business continuity management.
* Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent organizational skills, and adherence to deadlines.
* Outstanding oral and written communication skills, fluency in English (spoken and written), and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
* Adaptability to dynamic environments and understanding of risk management concepts.
