Your role in our team: As Industrial Engineering, you will support process optimization, identify areas for improvement, and implement Lean practices to enhance operational efficiency and eliminate waste, and enhance productivity across the manufacturing spectrum. Through continuous analysis, optimization, and innovation, drive sustainable improvements that align with organizational goals and foster a culture of operational excellence.Key Responsibilities: Assist in process analysis, identify waste, propose solutions and implementations. Lead and help to implement continuous improvement initiatives in the different areas Help in production and technology transfer from other group factories, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with local operations. Manage Factory Layout in alignment with the product portfolio and forecast. Identify opportunities and implement in the manufacturing or installation process, Factory layout management accordingly the product portfolio and forecast, 5S's Program Management (Factory and Office) and Factory KPI's ManagementYour profile: Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is a plus Solid knowledge of Lean methodologies. Proficiency in process analysis. Strong understanding of continuous improvement tools.
