Specialized in Team Extension, Managed Services, Custom Software, and Nearshore, we currently have a team of over 2350 professionals collaborating on national and international projects across various technologies.We are looking for aJunior Business Analystfor this project!What are we looking for?Main Tasks: Administrate the referential (data creation & modification, parameters management) Control the consistency of data input by the customers and different entities (BNPP Businesses); Ensure end user support and resolve production and accesses issues; Monitor data sourcing, perform analysis of rejected data, inform stakeholders and customers; Inspect and control updates of sensitive data and operate in place of customers; Follow-up on production support, incident management, and prepare reporting Involve all relevant stakeholders in the process of definition and validation of any new requirement, assessing all potential impacts. Ensure the implementation of the new features and changes in Production environment. Follow the go live process, compare the impacts towards expectations and propose adjustments when needed.
