* Define and execute the product roadmap, features, and lifecycle management;
* Own portfolio P&L — revenue, margin, pricing, and business case delivery;
* Lead go-to-market strategy, launch readiness, and commercial enablement;
* Drive cross-functionalprograms (platform modernization, feature rollout);
* Ensure customer experience excellence (service availability, NPS, SLAs);
* Represent Vodafone Portugal in Vodafone Group product councils and partner forums;
* Mentor product and marketing resources within Unified Comms solutions.
## **Who you are*** University degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field;
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in product or project management, preferably in telecommunications or tech companies.
* Advanced proficiency in data analysis, business case modelling, and marketing tools;
* Telco & Unified Comms Expertise, Product Management, Marketing & GTM, Program Management, Financial Management, Stakeholder Management;
* Strategic Product Thinking - defines clear long-term direction and differentiates Vodafone's UC offer;
* Commercial Acumen - deep understanding of P&L drivers, pricing, and ROI;
* Customer Focus -designs solutions that enhance enterprise communication experiences;
* Execution Excellence -delivers complex programs on time, on scope, on budget;
* Cross-FunctionalInfluence - aligns Sales, Technology, and Marketing to shared goals;
* Innovation Mindset - champions the integration of new technologies in current portfolio bringing new value proposition to the product;
* Knowledge of SIP, FMC,PBX, Cisco solutions (optional);
