What you will do:
* As SMT Strategy Coordinator you will design and monitor the SMT strategy for manufacturing new products and optimizing the manufacturing of the existing ones.
* Reporting to the SMT Industrialization Area Manager, we demand focus, team work, agile thinking and people leadership attitude.
* Working closely with the Manufacturing Process Engineers and Advanced Engineering Product Engineering, it is your job to grant the accomplishment of projects KPi’s, namely Cycle Time, FTT and Scrap origins in the builds phases in what concerns new products and changes on the existing ones. You are also a project manager that should raise the needs in terms of resources, making the calculations of relative BWS for these cases
* Be part of the investment strategy and be an input for the five years Business Plan.
* Lead and guide the industrialization operational team.
* Define and develop line process for each position.
* Granting the control and documentation for the build event phases defining the needed improvements.
* Identifying the team needs in terms of training whenever applicable.
* Assuring the process design adheres to the company best procedures and policies for manufacturing and quality guiding the team in that direction.
* Future products/new design levels implementation for manufacturing.
* Keep the company lines load tool and all other relative dashboards and tools up to date.
* Participation in the Engineering change events - ECN’s meetings, Builds meetings and Loads tool Lean meetings.
