This position will build and grow Brazilian Corridor in Portugal and a key contributor to coordinating executing campaigns across the country.
This position requires a person who can roll up their sleeves and make things happen, is analytical, with fantastic communication skills and has excellent time management, is detail-oriented, has strong problem-solving and have a solid understanding of marketing techniques with a keen interest in providing a consistent brand voice.Responsibilities:Monitor and analyze remittance market trend especially for Brazilian corridor in the region including studying of competitor products and services, increasing profitability of products and key opportunities for innovationIdentify the target markets (Brazil) in the region and develop strategies to communicate with them.
Identify locations for Ria branding and advertising.Build the omnichannel (agent, retail and digital) remittance customer base for Brazil corridor:Promote Ria's services across Brazilian community.Pitch potential Brazilian customers in strategic moments/places such as: events; churches; Parties; Fairs; Institutions; Social MediaEstablish local partnerships with "hot spots" with strong Brazilian presence, such as: Stores; Restaurants; Markets, etcKeep close contact to existing Brazilian customers to, amongst others, understand and enhance his/her experience in using Ria's services and retain these customers; influence existing customers to bring new usersIdentify potential locations with strong Brazilian presence to become our agentsHave a wide range knowledge of marketing techniques and concepts.Lead and execute marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers.
This includes proposing and delivering promotional materials in a timely manner.Liaise with other internal teams in Sales and Marketing and Administration departments to execute initiatives for the corridor/region.Track sales data, maintain promotional material inventory, plan meetings, maintain databases and prepare reports.Qualifications:Sales and Marketing experience.Brazilian nationalitySpeak fluent English & PortugueseEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to analyze data and find actionable insightsExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once, making sure to meet quality, resources, and time constraints.A high level of attention to detail.Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.This position is for one year.
