Marketing Influencer Coordinator Job



Autodoc seeks a Marketing Influencer Coordinator who will be responsible for contributing to the design and execution of influencer campaigns, identifying and building relationships with industry influencers, and measuring their success.




Key Responsibilities:



* Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns across the European market, focusing on aligning messaging, content, and timelines.

* Research and recruit influencers within specific niches in the European market, ensuring they are relevant and aligned with business goals.

* Support strategic paid/earned campaigns from negotiations to execution, collaborating with brand launch teams to ensure smooth delivery.

* Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitor researches on social media and within the influencer community to stay ahead of the competition.

* Build strong relationships with relevant influencers, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

* Compose creative briefs for campaigns, outlining clear objectives and requirements for social media.

* Analyze and report the effectiveness of programs and competitive analysis for management, providing actionable insights.





Influencer Strategy & Execution:



* Develop, manage, and execute influencer marketing campaigns in the European market that align with business goals, including awareness, engagement, lead generation, sales, etc.

* Identify and establish relationships with relevant influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators across social platforms in the European market (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).





Campaign Development:



* Collaborate with internal teams (content, social media, product, etc.) to develop campaign ideas that resonate with target audiences, focusing on relevance and engagement.

* Support strategic paid/earned campaigns from negotiations to execution, ensuring messaging, content, and timelines are aligned, collaborating with brand launch teams.

* Coordinate influencer-generated content that aligns with brand messaging, ensuring consistency and quality.

* Compose creative briefs for campaigns on Social Media, outlining objectives and requirements.





Performance Tracking & Optimization:



* Monitor campaign KPIs and objectives, including reach, engagement, impressions, conversions, and ROI, to measure effectiveness.

* Analyze the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and provide regular reporting to stakeholders with insights and recommendations for future improvement.





Trend Monitoring & Competitor Analysis:



* Stay up-to-date with social media and influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

* Conduct competitor research and analysis to inform influencer strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.





Compliance & Contracts:



* Ensure all influencer collaborations comply with FTC regulations, brand guidelines, and legal requirements, maintaining transparency and integrity.

* Manage contracts, deliverables, and timelines to ensure smooth execution of influencer campaigns.





Requirements:



* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, demonstrating a solid understanding of marketing principles.

* 1 year + experience in marketing communications in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital marketing, with a proven track record of running successful influencer campaigns.

* Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and their role in influencer marketing.

* Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

* Creative thinker with a passion for staying on top of social media and digital marketing trends.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

* Fluent English and Russian, with excellent business communication skills.

* Keen interest in marketing communications and brand management.

* Problem-solving and negotiation skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-changing environment.

* Previous experience with foreign markets is a plus.

* Ability to combine manual and creative tasks effectively.
