We are looking for an
IT Change Manager
for a hybrid project based in Lisbon.
Requirements
* + 3 years of experience
in managing change processes to minimize service disruptions and ensure smooth transitions.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Strong background in
ITIL
(Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework.
* Experience in SCRUM.
* Experience in MS Excel, MS Power BI and ServiceNow.
* Fluency in
English
and good leve of
Portuguese.
Responsibilities
Change Management:
* Oversee the change management process, ensuring all changes are documented, reviewed, and approved before implementation.
* Chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to assess the impact and risks associated with proposed changes.
* Coordinate with various IT teams to schedule and implement changes with minimal disruption to services.
Risk Assessment:
* Conduct risk assessments for proposed changes and develop mitigation strategies.
* Ensure that all changes comply with ITIL best practices and organizational policies.
Documentation and Reporting:
* Maintain comprehensive documentation of all change requests, approvals, and outcomes.
* Prepare and present reports on change management activities, including metrics on success rates, failures, and improvements.
Stakeholder Management:
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure they are informed about upcoming changes and their potential impact.
* Collaborate with project managers, IT teams, and business units to align change management processes with organizational goals.
Continuous Improvement:
* Continuously review and improve change management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Stay updated with the latest ITIL frameworks and industry best practices.
