Key qualifications include:
* +7 years of experience in Java development
* Expertise in Spring/Spring Boot
* Experience with microservices architecture and cloud-native solutions
* Familiarity with Azure cloud
* Knowledge of Kafka
* Ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
