We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale IT transition and transformation programmes within complex, multi-supplier environments. In this role, you will oversee the full programme lifecycle, drive delivery across multiple workstreams, and ensure alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards while engaging with executive stakeholders. If you have strong experience in IT outsourcing transitions, programme governance, and executive stakeholder management, this opportunity is for you.What we are looking for Mandatory Proven experience as a Programme Director in large-scale IT outsourcing or managed services transitions 10+ years of experience in programme/project management roles Strong experience managing multi-tower and multi-supplier environments Deep knowledge of ITIL-based service management frameworks Experience leading Executive Steering Committees and governance forums Strong stakeholder management skills at executive level (CIO, senior leadership) Proven ability to manage risks, issues, and dependencies in complex programmes Experience in regulated environments (financial services preferred) PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification Near-native English proficiency (mandatory)Nice to have Experience in Data-related programmes or projects Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Experience leading transformation initiatives alongside transition programmesMain Responsibilities Lead end-to-end programme delivery across multiple workstreams Oversee the full transition lifecycle (contract start, knowledge transfer, go-live) Drive transformation initiatives across multiple service towers Coordinate and manage multiple Project Managers Act as the single point of accountability for programme outcomes Lead governance bodies (Executive Steering Committee, Programme Steering, CAB) Ensure strong programme reporting, documentation, and change control Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when necessary Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders Lead and motivate cross-functional teamsTravel Requirement High availability for frequent international travel Regular on-site presence required during key phases Full commitment throughout the programme durationLocation Flexible / International
