Job Responsibilities
We're looking for a skilled Senior React Native Developer to join our product development team and play a key role in building and maintaining the Joe App – our flagship mobile experience. If you're excited about creating high-quality, cross-platform mobile experiences in a fast-paced, culture-first company, this might be the role for you.
We’re building modern, scalable solutions using:
* React Native
* Node.js
* TypeScript
* Git
No buzzword bingo — just clean code, thoughtful design, and meaningful impact.
What You’ll Need
Must-Have Skills:
* 5+ years of hands-on experience with React Native
* Proven experience developing and shipping cross-platform apps for iOS and Android
* A solid track record using React Native in production environments
Nice-to-Haves:
* Familiarity with Google & Apple’s UI/UX guidelines
* Experience with testing frameworks like Detox
* A strong communicator who thrives in collaborative environments
* Driven, curious, and proactive — you don’t wait for instructions
* Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
* Passionate about continuous learning and personal growth
* Aligned with our core virtues: Positive Attitude, Inclusion, Social Ties, and Growth
* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* Or equivalent practical experience in relevant technical roles
Location: Lisbon (Hybrid – 3 days/week in-office)
