Electrification Technical Lead Role
This role is part of the electrification organization and involves building a technical relationship between Visteon Engineering and OEMs, as well as customers.
As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading customer new business opportunities (RFS, RFI, RFQ) and ensuring timely completion of quote documentation.
You will establish and manage quote resources and workload, ensuring process compliance during the quote process with a well-documented hand-off to the delivery team.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in launching automotive electronics products and exceptional project management skills.
They should also be proficient in understanding hardware, mechanical, and software design intricacies, and possess strong English communication skills to effectively collaborate with global teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Engagement and Support: lead customer new business opportunities, ensure timely completion of quote documentation, and provide excellent customer support.
* Quote Management and Documentation: establish and manage quote resources and workload, ensure process compliance during the quote process, and coordinate technical deliverables to meet quote timelines.
* Project and Budget Management: manage budget, develop pursuit-specific demo properties, lead engineering team in solving design issues, and benchmark quotes against market intelligence.
Requirements:
