Reporting to the CFO, you will scale processes, controls, reporting and data to public-company calibre—delivering across multiple concurrent workstreams.About the RoleYou'll handle systems and data projects, build robust financial models to support automated workflows and develop our control environment to listed-company standards.

Freed from line management and day-to-day operations, this connector role spans Finance and the wider business; success comes from influence, pace, and outcomes.Systems, Processes and DataPerform a full gap analysis of our Finance systems architecture and build out a roadmap for the next 24 months.Implement detailed, automated balance-sheet reconciliation processes fit for high-volume B2B2C and MVNE activity.Lead the adoption of our new holistic billing solution and manage the integration of that system with other financial systems.Procure and implement a system to support the business with e-Invoicing and e-reporting requirements globally.Evolve Order-to-Cash (including B2B2C and MVNE) as part of the broader scaling agenda.Remodel our P2P process and roll-out/ integrate a new procurement system.Controls, Internal Audit and CloseDesign and help implement SOX standard controls across O2C, P2P and R2R.Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Internal Audit on testing and own remediation to closure with clear owners and timelines.Standardise reconciliations, reduce manual journals, and compress month-end close to =5 business days.Relationship Building & Cross-Functional InfluenceServe as the inter- and intra-Finance bridge across Controllership, FP&A, Systems/Engineering, RevOps, Legal/Tax and Commercial.Build credibility with senior stakeholders; convert ambiguity into decisions, owners and timelines.Establish clear operating cadences (steerco/stand-ups) with crisp updates and risk/decision logs.RequirementsAbout You
- Must-havesACA/ACCA (or equivalent); top-tier grounding frompractice plus startup/scale-up delivery experience.Proven process/control build and systems fluency (NetSuite or similar; billing/CRM integrations; PRD writing; UAT).
