business unit that aims to support our clients in addressing the various
challenges their businesses face. In this context, our teams use local and
global knowledge to create and implement customized strategies that allow our
clients - from the most diverse industries in the market - to reach the most
appropriate solutions. These solutions may include implementing new
technologies and/or cost-saving initiatives, improving management and control
systems (human resources, operations, etc.), identifying and managing risks,
enhancing financial performance and cash flow management. We also support our
clients in acquisitions, strategic alliances, and access to capital markets.

Does this

* Bachelor's and/or master's degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or similar fields
* Strong analytical, synthesis, and attention to detail skills
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written)
* Good social interaction skills
* Dynamism and strong team spirit
* Ability to learn and evolve quickly
* Responsibility and resilience
* Open and global mindset
* Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory
