What you will do in this role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing a leading European automotive brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Document interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups accurately in the CRM system.
2. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
3. Stay updated on the latest offerings, policies, and services to provide accurate and timely information.
4. Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction.
5. Use your automotive and digital product knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
Your qualifications
Concentrix is a great match if you:
1. Have a high level of Dutch (C1 written and oral) and a good level of English (B2).
2. Have at least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
3. Are passionate about automotive topics and skilled in digital technology.
4. Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Possess excellent problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
