Job Description:
The role of the Sourcing and Procurement Specialist Senior involves leading category management activities, including strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, contract performance and risk management.
This includes collaborating with business partners to drive the development and implementation of sourcing strategies. The individual will be responsible for analyzing trends in and outside the company with robust screening of supply markets and continuous market intelligence for identifying innovative opportunities.
Key responsibilities include managing relationships with relevant stakeholders to identify and prioritize sourcing needs to support on the development of annual strategies and plans to achieve category goals. In addition, this role will involve understanding business requirements across categories and defining the sourcing strategy to ensure delivery of services in line with expectations.
