OverviewAdvancing QHSE agenda across global operations. In this role, you will shape and implement QHSE strategy for Grid Solutions, ensuring safe, compliant, and right first time execution of installation, service, on and offshore project activities. You will contribute to NKT's green transition while working closely with international colleagues across hubs, functions, and regulatory interfaces. ResponsibilitiesOversee the QHSE organisation for Grid Solutions across several countries. Embed health, safety, and environmental requirements into all relevant activities. Promote improvements in QHSE processes, governance, and cultural development. Coordinate crossfunctional alignment to ensure operational compliance. Maintain QHSE plans, reporting, and performance followup across the business line. You will collaborate internationally with multiple hubs and departments and report to the Executive Vice President – Head of Business Line Grid Solutions. Regular travel to various Grid Solutions locations will be expected as part of this role. QualificationsLead Auditor certification within ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 A Master's degree in a relevant quality, engineering, or management discipline Demonstrated capability in managing complex stakeholder landscapes Advanced experience in process governance, standardization, and transformation, leveraging process mapping to support operational excellence and risk reduction Fluent English communication skills, suited for influencing and leading in a global, matrix organization Strong digital acumen, including Microsoft tools and AI‐supported systems, applied to data‐driven decision‐making within QHSE Contribute to safer operations and NKT's green transitionNKT is committed to developing a diverse organization and culture where people of diverse backgrounds can grow and are inspired to do their best.
