Data Scientist
Hybrid, Lisbon (PT)

By joining our team, you’ll collaborate with leading organizations from various sectors, helping them achieve remarkable results. Our AI team drives FULLVENUE, extracting insights from client data and leveraging predictive algorithms to attract more customers and optimize outcomes.
What you need to have:
* Professional and/or academic experience in machine learning & deployment of models and algorithms to solve real-world problems;
* Experience manipulating and analyzing large and complex datasets;
* Work alongside the Product Team to define new features by integrating algorithms into the product;
* Identify and lead initiatives to add AI capabilities to our product;
* Experience in visualization and creating interactive data displays that clearly communicate insights;
* Good interpersonal and presentation skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multinational teams.
Our ideal candidate has:
* 3+ years of experience (or PhD) in Machine Learning or Deep Learning
* Highly proficient with predictive analytics tools including Python, SQL, pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow or similar frameworks
* Expertise in statistical modeling software and multivariate techniques (e.g., clustering, regression, classification)
* Experience leading complex projects from ideation to completion
* Ability to learn quickly and explore new problems and fields
* Ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders
* Critical thinking & self-direction
* Results-oriented mindset.
Nice to have:
* Experience with Python frameworks such as Flask or Django.
