Your role as
Customer Support Specialist
You will be expected to:
* Provide customer support
to hosts and guests
- Communicate with hosts and guests
through ticketing systems by phone, whatsapp, chat and email
- Educate hosts
how Flatio works
- Answer queries from hosts and guests
and give them advice to help them solve different situations
- The goal is to ensure satisfaction
of hosts and guests and to be their guide while using Flatio
What We're Looking For
Must-haves
* Fluent in
Portuguese, Spanish & English
* Comfortable on
phone
and via
email
- Customer-Oriented and Independent
- Organized & Detail-oriented
- Comfortable with Online Tools (Slack, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Gmail, etc)
- Able to issue
"Recibos Verdes"
monthly invoices (self-employed status in Portugal)
Nice-to-haves
* Experience on Customer Support Role
* Familiarity with

What We Offer
* Fixed salary €1,500 /mo (€1,200 during the training period)
* Full-time remote role (160 hours/month)
* Renewable 12-month contract
