The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality finance, excellent leadership skills, and a proven record of stability and reliability in previous roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the financial operations of multiple hotel properties within the group.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Monitor cash flow, cost control, and overall financial performance.
Lead and mentor property-level finance teams to maintain consistency in financial standards.
Liaise with auditors, banks, and external partners.
Support senior management in strategic financial planning and business growth initiatives.
Requirements:
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance within thehospitality/hotel industry.
Strong knowledge of financial controls, reporting standards, and local regulations.
Proven track record ofcareer stabilityand professional integrity.
Must bebased in Albufeira or nearby areas.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in accounting systems and MS Office applications.
