Key Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in Android development (Kotlin preferred)
* Strong UI development skills and experience working with UX/UI designers
* Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Clean Architecture, and Design Patterns
* Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and backend services
* Leadership experience or technical ownership in past projects
* Familiarity with modern Android tools (Jetpack, Coroutines, Hilt, etc.)
