Candidates must meet the following requirements:
1. Higher education qualifications, preferably in the area of Logistics or Management;
2. Previous experience in the logistics sector, particularly in planning, preferably in the automotive sector;
3. Knowledge of export procedures;
4. Fluency in English and/or French;
5. Good communication skills;
6. Good interpersonal skills;
7. Proactive, dynamic, organized profile, with the ability to work under stress, good analytical skills;
8. Knowledge of Office tools and AS400-based systems;
9. Availability to reside in the district of Portalegre.
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, this professional will have the key responsibilities:
10. Operational management of orders from your customer portfolio, based on stocks, customer needs and production plan;
11. Preparation, control and monitoring of the Production/Logistics plan and ensuring compliance with the quantities and delivery deadlines required by the customer;
12. Support for logistics operations, at operational and information systems level;
13. Ensuring control of logistics operations and product dispatch.
