Role Description
As the HR and Operations Lead you will be responsible for a variety of HR-related tasks, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, coordinating onboarding and training sessions, and providing administrative support while optimizing operations. Additional responsibilities include managing HR documents, updating internal databases, assisting with payroll preparation and requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Responsibilities:
Human Resources
* Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with our business goals.
* Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and employees.
* Drive performance management, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
* Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through engagement initiatives and conflict resolution.
* Manage compensation, benefits, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
* Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on HR matters.
Operations Management
* Streamline operational processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
* Oversee office management, vendor relationships, and procurement.
* Support budget planning, financial reporting, and expense management.
* Lead initiatives for continuous improvement, innovation, and digital transformation in operations.
* Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (2+ years) in HR and operations management, ideally in recruitment, Web3, or technology sectors.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and operational frameworks.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to build trust and foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace.
Proficient in HRIS systems, MS Office, and project management tools.
Analytical thinker with problem-solving and strategic planning abilities.
HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, etc.) are a plus.
