SOTEC Consulting is seeking a skilled and motivated AWS Python Developer to play a pivotal role within Agile delivery squads, contributing to both transformation initiatives and business-as-usual (BAU) activities.
This role focuses on building, enhancing, and supporting cloud-native solutions for Contact Centre platforms, with a strong emphasis on security, scalability, and automation.
1. • Act as a core contributor within Agile squads, supporting both transformation programs and BAU delivery.
2. • Design, develop, and maintain AWS Lambda functions using Python to support Contact Centre solutions.
3. • Build and implement Amazon Connect solutions, including Contact Flows and Amazon Lex bots.
4. • Ensure all solutions comply with security standards, governance policies, industry regulations.
