The IT department is expanding its Governance & Service Management team and is looking for an experienced professional to lead and evolve governance practices across the organization. Responsibilities Define, update, and monitor IT governance policies and processes with an end-to-end perspective. Identify and manage IT risks, implementing mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, promoting frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, and ISO *****. Foster awareness and collaboration across IT teams on governance topics. Prepare performance, risk, and compliance reports for executive management. Align IT strategy with organizational goals, overseeing portfolios, services, and operations. Support budget planning in accordance with governance requirements. Define and track KPIs for services, operations, and projects, ensuring SLA compliance. Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Electrical Engineering or similar. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Governance, Risk Management, or IT Audit in complex environments. Experience in process analysis, optimization, or transformation. Previous involvement in organizational transformation initiatives (preferred). Relevant certifications (COBIT, ITIL, CISA, CRISC or similar) are valued. Good command of English.
