ATA Architects International is Hiring a Project Manager for Lisbon Branch
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the project design process from master plan design through Issued for Construction (IFC) stage
* Develop, monitor and ensure fulfilment of design schedules, scopes and budgets
* Coordinate and manage the performance of architectural, structural, MEP and specialized design consultants
* Ensure all design deliverables meet the project vision, contractual requirements, local authority regulations and international quality standards
* Facilitate design workshops and review meetings to resolve technical issues promptly
* Oversee the design change control process, ensuring impacts on cost, schedule and quality are properly assessed
* Ensure all required authority approvals and permits are obtained on time
* Maintain clear and comprehensive design documentation and progress reports for senior management
* Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, consultants and relevant authorities during the design stage
* Coordinate smooth handover of design packages to the construction team upon completion
Our ideal candidates would have:
* Master's degree in Architecture
* Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in design management for large-scale real estate projects
* Strong knowledge of design coordination processes and multidisciplinary team management
* Familiarity with Saudi building codes, permitting processes, and authority requirements
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Proficiency in reviewing design drawings and reports (production skills in AutoCAD / Revit are a plus but not a primary requirement)
