Your Responsibilities
- Support development and execution of annual and 3–5 year IT financial plans.
* Manage and coordinate IT budgeting processes across regions, units and functions; organize and maintain IT financials.
* Monitor and analyze financial performance; track, develop and report relevant IT financial KPIs.
* Define requirements for enhanced IT financial reporting and produce regular reports, charts and variance analyses covering key metrics.
* Build financial models and investigate financial data to recommend cost reductions and optimizations; track progress on savings initiatives.
* Consolidate bottom-up forecasts from IT sub-functions and drive forecast accuracy, timeliness and variance explanations.
* Perform variance and trend analysis (actuals vs budget vs prior periods) and propose corrective actions.
* Identify IT-specific financial risks, support mitigation activities, and maintain controls and readiness for J-SOX compliance.
* Define, maintain and document IT service cost allocation and chargeback models; prepare inputs for financial target setting.
* Run IT financial governance meetings and implement financial processes, guidelines and controls; advise IT teams on compliance and data provision.
* Identify and lead opportunities to optimize and automate IT financial systems, tools and processes.
* Prepare presentations and deliver analytics, forecasting, reporting and project support to senior management and Global IT stakeholders.
Your qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 3+ years in a dedicated IT finance role supporting a larger IT function.
* High proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling and problem‑solving techniques.
* Practical experience with IT service cost modeling and cost allocation/chargeback approaches.
* Strong knowledge of best‑practice processes and tools for IT financial management and reporting.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (complex formulas, functions, modelling).
* Proven ability to prepare clear presentations, reports and variance analyses for senior stakeholders.
* Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Demonstrable analytical, conceptual thinking and attention to detail.
* Strong organization, planning and time‑management capabilities.
* Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and drive solutions.
