We are searching for a Senior UX Designer to work in Lisbon.
What you'll do:
* Lead the UX design process from discovery to delivery
* Translate user needs and business goals into elegant design solutions
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI specifications
* Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
* Advocate for best UX practices and a strong design culture
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience as a Senior UX Designer
* Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX thinking
* Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe Suite, or Sketch for prototyping and UI specification
* Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work independently and mentor other designers
Nice to have:
* Experience working in agile teams
* Knowledge of design systems
* Experience conducting user research and usability testing
