Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Brand Manager Intern. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn and develop the skills required to become a Junior Brand Manager.
As a Brand Manager Intern, you will work closely with the Senior Brand Manager to implement brand plans, including on-trade, off-trade, and e-retail activations, as well as brand events and experiences. You will also amplify our brand through media and develop tools and ritual services.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting Advertising & Promotion management by creating purchase orders and following up on A&P budgets
* Developing market research and analysis of consumer insights, competitor activities, and industry dynamics
* Building reports to deliver sales analysis, monthly reports, post mortems, and ad-hoc reports
* Managing POSM logistics and follow-up
Required Skills and Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have a graduate or master's degree, fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, and experience in marketing or related fields. French is a plus.
