We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Portugal included.
About the project:
You will be providing services for a technology company best known for its search engine which helps people find information online. It also offers products focusing on internet services advertising and innovation in tech.
Your Responsibilities:
Respond to customer requests via phone email chat social media and messaging channels.
Provide pre-sales general inquiries and technical support.
Maintain a consistent brand voice in both private and public interactions.
Escalate issues to higher support tiers as needed.
Collaborate with technicians to resolve help tickets.
Manage an individual ticket queue and follow management direction.
Work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
Review and provide feedback on help content.
Requirements:
Fluency in German (must be at least C2)
Communicative level of English ( at least B2)
You live in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
What you will gain:

One-year retention bonus equivalent to one extra base salary paid one year after the production date (Monday after the starting date)
Base salary (gross): ****/month
Complexity bonus: 135/month
Performance bonus: up to 120/month
Meal allowance:
6/per working day (paid in meal card)

IF YOU ARE MOVING FROM ABROAD - relocation package:
Refund of the flight expenses;
If relocating from outside of Portugal: Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months
