Opportunity Summary
We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide first-line technical assistance to users, ensuring a service that is efficient and customer-focused. The role requires availability for on-site work in Luxembourg, with the possibility of moving to a hybrid arrangement after the initial period.
Responsibilities
* Provide first-line technical support to users.
* Install and configure Windows 7 and 10 operating systems.
* Support the use of the MS Office Suite.
* Configure and troubleshoot VPN connections.
* Manage and support mobile phones and telephony services.
* Log and follow up on incidents using ticketing and CMDB tools.
* Diagnose and resolve network issues (hardware, protocols, TCP/IP).
* Deliver a service focused on the customer and quality.
* Escalate complex incidents to higher-level teams.
* Document procedures and solutions in the knowledge base.
Requirements
* Experience with MS Office Suite.
* Experience with Windows 7 and 10 operating systems.
* Knowledge of mobile phones and telephony services.
* Experience troubleshooting PCs, laptops, tablets, VPN.
* Customer and service orientation.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with ticketing and CMDB tools.
* Understanding of networks and network protocols.
* Fluency in English and French.
* Willingness to travel to Luxembourg, especially during onboarding.
* Availability to work in shifts (Luxembourg time zone)
* Willingness to follow Luxembourg's public holiday calendar.
* Initially 100% on-site work, with potential for hybrid work later.
