More.com offers a pan-european ticketing marketplace with 12 years of experience, with more than 3,000 event organizers, and millions of tickets issued annually. In 2021, more.com started expanding its ticketing services in Europe and is currently present in 8 countries, including Portugal.

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Business Development Executive to bring an aggressive expansion of our ticketing services across Portugal.

What you will do:

1. Scout New Leads: Research and identify new opportunities in existing and new markets.
2. Make Connections: Reach out to potential new clients, establish rapport, and set up meetings.
3. Wow with Pitches: Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations that make an impact.
4. Solve Problems: Understand client needs and offer creative, tailored solutions.
5. Seal the Deal: Negotiate with potential clients to achieve win-win agreements.
6. Innovate: Gather feedback and collaborate with internal teams for product development.
7. Stay Ahead: Work with senior team members to identify and manage company risks.
8. Build Relationships: Create positive, lasting relationships with new clients.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Experience: 3-5 years in sales and business development, with a knack for closing deals.
2. Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, persuasive communication, and presentation abilities.
3. Knowledge: Familiar with SaaS and productivity tools.
4. Personality: A good listener, proactive, communicative, and hands-on. Detail-oriented and organized.
5. Languages: Fluent in English and Portuguese.
6. Decision-Making: Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
