About the Role
We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team as a remote worker based in Portugal. You will be responsible for assisting clients with bookings, inquiries, and customer concerns.
Your Responsibilities
* Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.
* Assist with car reservations, changes, and issues.
* Provide policy information and solutions in a professional manner.
* Follow internal procedures and escalate when necessary.
* Deliver excellent customer satisfaction and meet quality KPIs.
Your Profile
* Fluent in German (spoken and written) required.
* Good level of English for training and internal use.
* Experience in customer service is an asset.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Comfortable working rotating shifts, including weekends.
* Home office setup with stable internet connection.
