ABOUT THE JOB
We're looking for an energetic Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in Ermesinde, Greater Porto. In this entry-level role, you'll help us run day-to-day marketing activities, find and connect with potential clients for our Software Development & Consulting services. Your main tasks will involve running social media channels, preparing new content, qualifying inbound and outbound leads, and making initial contact.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Market Our Services: Share fresh content on social media, review and post new articles, update the website, create the monthly newsletter.
- Support Our SEO Team: Analyse the stats and publish SEO content, compile monthly reports, monitor for broken links and any other SEO issues on the website, reach out to potential partners for link building.
- Identify Prospects: Look for new business opportunities and assess potential inbound & outbound leads.
- Reach Out: Contact identified prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to gauge their interest in our services.
- Schedule First Meeting: Set up meetings with qualified leads and work with a Sales Executive during these meetings.
- Build Opportunities: Develop and manage a pipeline of potential clients.
- Follow-up: Reconnect with leads who showed interest but did not make a purchase.
WHAT WE NEED
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in marketing, B2B sales, or a similar role.
- Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication and sales abilities.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with relevant tools.
- Motivation: Ability to work well in a sales environment, handle stress, and excel at repetitive tasks.
WHAT WE WOULD LIKE
Industry Experience: Experience in the IT, Hi-Tech, or similar industry.
Language Skills: Fluency in another European language (e.g. Spanish, German, or Dutch).
