Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Talent Acquisition/Recruiter to join our team. As a seasoned recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates through to the offer stage.
You will be working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, as well as identifying and attracting top talent in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of qualified candidates.
* Source and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
* Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on recruitment goals.
* Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the most suitable candidates for roles.
* Analyze and evaluate candidate data to inform recruitment strategies and optimize results.
Requirements:
* A successful full lifecycle recruiting experience.
* Native/Very Good English proficiency.
* Experience recruiting in the USA.
* The ability to find and close the ideal candidate.
* Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* Demonstrable on-site/internal recruiting experience.
* Ability to work in the USA time zone.
* Creative sourcing techniques to attract the right talent.
* Experience delivering full-cycle/end-to-end recruiting.
