Application Systems Analyst / ERPContext We are looking for an Application Systems Analyst to take ownership of the operation and evolution of the ERP and associated systems, with a focus on support, continuous improvement, and data analysis. Our main ERP is Sage X3 (highly valued), but we also consider SAP profiles, as long as they bring a solid foundation and adaptability.Role Mission Ensure that users work efficiently, ERP processes remain stable and effective, and improvements progress methodically: identify needs, design solutions, test, implement, and document.Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional/application support for the ERP (Sage X3 preferred; SAP accepted): incidents, requests, configurations, and user support.SQL (mandatory):data investigation and validation, extractions, reconciliations, reporting support, and problem diagnosis.Own end-to-end tasks: manage priorities, communicate status, ensure completion and quality.Lead improvements and small initiatives: propose, structure, execute, test, and deploy, aligning with business areas and the IT team.Mentor key users ("power users"): hands‐on training, best practices, procedure standardization, and reduction of rework.Support integrations and data flows between systems (imports/exports, validations, consistency).Produce and maintain useful documentation (procedures, FAQs, knowledge base, quick guides).Work with external vendors when necessary (specifications, tickets, testing, validations, and delivery control).Mandatory RequirementsProven experience in ERP support and/or implementation in a real operational context (users, processes, data).Experience as a Systems Analyst / Application Support / Functional Analyst (middle to senior level).SQL mandatory(hands‐on experience writing queries with JOINs, aggregations, filters, and investigating data in production environments).Practical experience using AI in daily work to increase productivity and quality, such as:accelerating incident diagnosis and root‐cause analysis;supporting light automation (scripts, extractions, validations);improving documentation and knowledge base;supporting data analysis and identifying patterns/anomalies;creating or supporting internal assistants (e.g., support and procedures) when relevant.Strong communication skills with non‐technical users and the ability to translate operational problems into clear solutions.Valued (Differentiating) RequirementsExperience with Sage X3 (highly valued).Experience with SAP.Scripting/development knowledge (e.g., Python as a strong differentiator; PowerShell, etc.).Experience with integrations, import/export tools, APIs, light ETL.Knowledge of the retail environment (plus): store operations, POS, stock, purchasing, invoicing, returns, closing processes, etc.#J-18808-Ljbffr
