Seeking an experienced Paid Media Specialist with extensive knowledge of Meta and LinkedIn advertising to plan, build, and optimize paid campaigns that drive business results.
Main Responsibilities:
* Audience Targeting: Deep understanding of targeting options on both platforms.
* Campaign Planning: Plan, set up, and optimize ad campaigns across the full funnel.
* Data-Driven Strategies: Create strategies aligned with client goals.
* Ad Creatives: Develop and test ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
* Campaign Management: Monitor and manage budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies.
* Tracking and Analytics: Implement tracking (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, UTM parameters) and ensure accurate reporting.
* Performance Reports: Produce detailed reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
* Client Communication: Participate in client calls and sales pitches, presenting campaign strategies and results.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with design, content, and strategy teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
* Industry Knowledge: Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and best practices in paid social media.
