In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, technical teams, QA, and business stakeholders, translating business needs and high-level ideas intoclear requirements, user stories, and effective technical solutions, always with a continuous improvement mindset.What you'll be doing:Own requirements gathering and analysis across digital stakeholders Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements Produce detailed functional documentation and user stories ready for development Create high-level conceptual designs aligned with business processes Work closely with Development, QA, Product and Delivery teams Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Maintain ownership of functional and non-functional requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle Support backlog management and prioritisation in Agile environments Identify opportunities to improve and streamline digital processesWhat we're looking for:3+ years of experienceworking with e-commerce platforms Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders Solid understanding of the full project lifecycle, from discovery to delivery Experience in multinational, multi-channel environments (FMCG, manufacturing or similar) End-to-end knowledge ofB2C, e-commerce, commercial and customer service processes Experience working inAgile environments (Scrum / Kanban)and waterfall Strong understanding of system integrations between e-commerce platforms, ERP and third-party services Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesNice to have:Experience withSAP Commerce Cloud Headless storefront architectures Payment gateways CMS and CRM platforms Certifications such as ISEB/BCS, ITIL or Prince2Interested?
