As a Beverage Management Professional, you will play a key role in elevating our beverage program across multiple venues.
Your Responsibilities
1. Beverage Strategy & Development:
* Create innovative cocktails and non-alcoholic offerings tailored to each venue's unique identity.
* Collaborate with the Sommelier and culinary teams to craft balanced, high-quality pairings that delight customers.
2. Operational Excellence:
* Standardize beverage recipes, specifications, and SOPs for consistency across all venues.
* Analyze beverage costs, pricing strategies, and supplier relationships to optimize performance.
3. Team Development:
* Train bartenders, baristas, and front-of-house staff on execution, service standards, and product knowledge.
4. Supplier Partnerships:
* Build strong relationships with suppliers and producers to ensure quality and value.
