Tasks:
1. Handling all incoming customer requests via phone, email, and chat, following service standards and procedures to ensure excellence and quality of service;
2. Managing pending situations such as exchanges, complaints, and returns;
3. Registering all requests and changes indicated by the client in the system.

According to the project.
Requirements:
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and good understanding of English (B2 level);
- Good computer and internet skills;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and team spirit;
- Client-oriented attitude with a knack for helping others;
- Friendly, proactive attitude and effective communication in challenging situations;
- Experience in a call center environment (preferred).
