We are looking for Customer Care Representatives, who are fluent in Dutch and English for one of our clients. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and solving problems we have the perfect opportunity for you!
This is a remote position, but candidates must be based in Portugal and be available for the training on site.
Your day to day to day
* Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
* Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure satisfaction
* Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
* Data entry in various platforms
Who we are looking for:
* Previous experience in Customer facing roles
* Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
