What You’ll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
* Respond to incoming customer requests and document key case details
* Deliver outstanding service by assisting with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and Technical Support via various channels
* Resolve issues directly or escalate cases as needed
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient problem resolution
