Key Skills and Qualifications:
You will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service. This includes possessing excellent communication skills, being fluent in Hebrew and English (at least C1 level in both spoken and written) and having the ability to work independently under pressure.
* Fluent Hebrew (at least C1 level in both spoken and written) and English B2 skills
* Proven customer support experience is a must
* Background in a tech or digital environment
