Your mission will be…
* Support in the management of SharePoint site ensuring it is visually appealing, intuitive, and regularly updated.
* Support in the design and implement innovative layouts, navigation structures, and interactive elements to enhance user engagement.
* Ensure compliance with internal branding, accessibility, and security standards.
* Support in the development of engaging training materials, including tutorial videos, walkthroughs, and quick guides tailored to different user groups.
* Maintain a library of training resources on the SharePoint site, ensuring content is easy to find and up to date.
* Use creative tools and techniques to simplify complex processes and improve learning outcomes.
* Bring fresh ideas to improve the digital experience of users interacting with the application and its SharePoint site.
* Stay updated with SharePoint capabilities and digital communication trends to propose enhancements.
* Identify opportunities for automation, personalization, and integration with other tools.
* Act as the point of contact for SharePoint-related queries and feedback.
* Conduct periodic reviews with stakeholders to assess site performance and training effectiveness.
* Support onboarding and change management efforts through effective communication and training.
We are looking for someone with…
* Strong skills in SharePoint design, content management, and user experience.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools
* Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
