What you'll do:
* Carry out quality surveillance on fabrication procedures and inspection and test plans to ensure compliance;
* Knowledge / experience about Piping Isometrics, P&ID, general arrangement drawings, Structural drawings, Weld Maps, welding symbols, Cutting Plans, Quality control procedures, Base Materials, and welding consumables;
* Inspection, review of mill certificates, Material verification, Inspection of Pipes, Fittings, Flanges, Valves, etc... as per respective materials specifications, Codes, Standards & Client Specifications;
* Verifies and inspects if the execution of the works is in accordance with the project, following the inspection and testing plan;
* Follow the "W- Witness", "H- Hold Point" points defined in the ITP-Inspection Test Plan.
* Visual and dimensional inspection and reporting;
* Monitor welding parameter during welding as per WPS.
* Manage NDT contracts, optimizing as much as possible the number of visits by NDT technicians;
* Responsible for sending the CND and scheduling with third party entities;
* Witness for line check inspection, Pneumatic Testing, Hydro test, flushing & reinstatement, till the final stage of colour coding and valve tagging;
* Monitoring of subcontracts and issuing inspection reports;
* Review test packs and all inspection reports for finalizing the package and Inspection documents submission and demonstration for Client approvals;
* Create all the necessary documentation to be provided to the Clients in accordance with the quality requirements demanded by the Clients;
* Compilation of quality documentation for issuing the Data Book;
* Conduct aligned duties as directed by QAQC;
* Keep all quality records up-to-date and available at any time for consultation by the QAQC or customer representative.
What you should have:
* Experience in QC documentations such as Material traceability, Weld traceability records;
* Experience in piping line walk, reinstatement inspections according to Isometric drawings;
* Knowledge in Non-Destructive Testing methods;
* Familiar with international material standards, structure, pressure/process piping and vessel codes, NDT and welding procedures, ASME, EN, API codes;
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel;
