As part of my recruitment mission, I’m currently supporting a leading tech company operating across Europe. My client designs digital solutions tailored to the hospitality industry, focusing on helping restaurants enhance visibility and operational efficiency. Your Role
You will be responsible for developing and managing a pipeline of prospective clients within a key market. Your main responsibilities include:
* Making outbound calls to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
* Leading negotiations and closing deals with decision-makers.
* Presenting the platform's value and benefits in a consultative manner.
* Adapting your approach to meet each potential partner’s specific needs.
* Handling objections professionally and proposing tailored solutions.
* Representing your employer’s brand with credibility and confidence.
* Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
* Participating in industry events and team meetings, including travel as required.
Your Profile
* At least 3 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in digital or hospitality environments.
* Fluent in Portuguese with strong English communication skills.
* Proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce and managing a sales pipeline.
* Comfortable in fast-paced settings with a proven ability to close deals efficiently.
* Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in sales approaches.
* Excellent organizational skills and adaptability to change.
* Driver's license is required.
