* Lead the development and optimisation of web and mobile applications for Digital Channels using React, React Native, Node.Js, and Next.Js;
* Design and implement advanced rendering strategies: Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Client-Side Rendering (CSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR);
* Drive adoption of multi-frontend architectures or micro-frontends;
* Integrate solutions with headless CMS platforms (experience with Contentful is a strong advantage);
* Ensure web performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices across all deliverables;
* Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making and code reviews;
* Collaborate withcross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
* Champion agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
## **Who you are*** Degree in Computer Science or related field;
* Strong hands-on experience with React, React Native, Node.Js, and Next.Js;
* Deep understanding of rendering strategies (SSR, CSR, SSG, ISR);
* Proven experience withmicro-frontends and scalable architectures;
* Familiarity withheadless CMS integration (Contentful is a plus);
* Expertise in webperformance, accessibility, and SEO optimisation;
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
* Autonomous, proactive,and able to make critical decisions;
* Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments;
* Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities;
* Continuous improvementmindset and experience in agile methodologies;
