You'll be supporting users of its e-commerce platform through every step of their order journey. Your Role: As a Swedish-speaking E-commerce Support Specialist, you will help customers with everything from order tracking and returns to payment queries, ensuring a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. Handle inquiries related to online orders: delivery, returns, refunds, and payment issues. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat. Ensure data security in compliance with GDPR and PCI standards. Escalate complex cases and follow internal procedures. Collaborate with logistics and financial teams. You bring: C2-level Swedish and higher and fluent English (C1). Strong communication and customer service skills. Detail-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude. Ability to work in rotating shifts (07:00-24:00, Mon-Sun). Prior experience in customer support or back-office is a plus.
