* Provide feedback to candidates regarding the outcomes of recruitment processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Management Economics Information Technology Marketing or related fields.
* +2 years of experience in recruiting for tech-related roles.
* Resilience proactivity and results-driven mindset.
* Interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship building and candidate engagement.
* Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and tools such as LinkedIn Google X-Ray and GitHub.
* Advanced English proficiency.
